On our way to our hotel

Our taxi driver was pretty nice & funny. It took about 30 to 40 min to our hotel. Flat rate 700 baht which is about $24. He tried to speak to us but definitely a communication "snag" going on. Uhm, I thought "Hawaii" is known all over the world? Wrong, he didn't know what or where Hawaii was for that matter. Huh? But he drove by what looked like a party place or club loaded with "girls" and asked my son, "you lie ladyboys?" We all cracked up, as he responded, "no".
